APPLE CRISP 
4 c. prepared apples
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. soft butter

Place apples in well greased 8 inch square pan. Blend remaining ingredients until crumbly, and spread over apples. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until top is brown and slightly bubbly.

Peach Crisp (1 lb. 13 oz.) can peaches, 2/3 cup sugar. Cherry Crisp 1 can cherry pie filling, 2/3 cup sugar. Pineapple Crisp: 2 (12 oz.) cans tidbits, 2/3 cup sugar. Apricot Crisp (2 lb.) can apricots, 2/3 cup sugar.
