CABBAGE FIT FOR A KING 
6 c. finely shredded cabbage
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/4 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
3 slices bread, toasted, buttered and cubed

Boil cabbage in small amount of water for 5 minutes. Saute onions in butter and blend in flour. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire, sugar and pepper. Mix together the cubed cheese and bread cubes. Make layers of cabbage, tomato sauce, and bread-cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
