BISHOP SHEEN MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, minced
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. green pepper, minced
1 egg
1 c. applesauce

Mix well. Shape into a loaf. Cover with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered; then 1/2 hour uncovered.
