BISHOP'S MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. applesauce
1 c. chopped onion
6 slices bread, crumbled
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Catsup
Parsley
Flour

Pu t meat in bowl and add onions, bread, green pepper, garlic, applesauce, parsley, salt and pepper--1 1/2 teaspoons. Add egg and mix well, form into loaf and flour well. Grease pan and place loaf in pan. Add catsup on top of loaf, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover for last 15 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes before slicing.
