BISHOP'S MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. top of the round ground beef
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. applesauce
Salt and pepper
Catsup
1 c. chopped onions
6 slices bread, crumbled
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 egg
Parsley
Flour

Put meat in bowl, add onions, bread, green pepper, garlic, applesauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Add egg and mix well. Form into loaf and flour well. Oil pan and place loaf in pan. Add catsup on top of loaf. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, uncovering for last 15 minutes. Serves 6.
