COUNTRY HAM | |
Cured country ham, any size 5 c. water Soak ham 12 hours in cold water. Put ham in roaster, skin side down, with water. Cover and place in COLD OVEN. Heat oven to 500 degrees and cook for 15 additional minutes. Turn oven off. At the end of 3 hours, repeat heating and cooking procedure. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR AT ANYTIME! |
