CORN PUDDING 
3 lg. eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Onions (optional) chopped
Corn off cob
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut kernels off cob. In small bowl, beat eggs lightly; add onion and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place corn mixture in a greased 6 cup casserole dish. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and just set in center. Remove and let stand 15 minutes.
