FRIED PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Make hole in flour; pour in milk, oil, vinegar and salt. Mix from center until all flour is mixed. Roll and cut size of saucer. Add fruit filling and fry in hot oil.
