16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk

Line muffin tins with cupcake liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer cookie in each one. Spoon in the above mixture; fill about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
