WORLD'S BEST CHERRY CHEESE PIE | |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (NOT EVAPORATED) 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 (16 oz.) can tart cherries In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Top with drained tart cherries. Chill 3 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers, if any. (Use other half of condensed milk for second pie; you'll be glad you did!) |
