CHEESECAKE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 doz. vanilla wafers
1 can fruit pie filling, cherry

In bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Beat on high for 5 minutes. Line muffin tin with muffin liners and 1 vanilla wafer. Pour 1/8 cup mixture into each muffin tin.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool. Top with a tablespoon of pie filling on each tart.
