CHEESECAKE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 box vanilla wafers
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Beat together until smooth. Place vanilla wafer at bottom of the cupcake "midget liner". Fill 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with cherry pie filling.
