CHEESECAKE TARTS 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
30 vanilla wafers
1 can (or jar) cherry pie filling

Mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together until smooth. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each regular size paper baking cup. Fill each cup 1/2 full of cheese mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Top each tart with a spoonful of cherry pie filling when cool. Yield: 30 tarts.
