SAUSAGE - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
1 lb. sausage
2 c. chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, diced
2 sm. cans mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. almond slices
1 can pimentos

Parboil rice 15 minutes. Brown sausage; add celery, pepper, mushrooms, and onions. Stir; add soups. Mix rice with sausage mixture; sprinkle top with cheese, almonds, and pimentos. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
