CREAM OF MUSHROOM & MEAT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
10 sqs. regular crackers, crumbled
1 sm. onion, chopped
Dash or two of black pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients together with meat, except soup. Roll meat into small hamburgers. Cook them in a skillet on about 350 degrees; then pour soup on the meat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
