TACO PIE 
1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sliced olives,
1 can crescent rolls
2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce; optional
Avocado; optional

Brown beef, drain. Stir in seasoning mix, water, and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Separate dough into 8 triangles, place in ungreased pie pan to form crust. Sprinkle in 1 cup corn chips. Spoon meat mixture on top. Spread sour cream over meat, cover with cheese. Sprinkle on rest of chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is golden. Top with lettuce and avocado if desired. Serves 4-6.
