GRANDMA'S WINTER RELISH 
2 lg. cans tomatoes chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. salt (coarse or Kosher is best)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. cider vinegar (not wine)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice (or cloves)

Mix. Simmer for approximately 2 hours until thickened. Some of the liquid from tomatoes may be drained for a thicker relish.
