TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
3 1/2 to 4 c. turkey or chicken
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 can French fried onions rings; optional

Place broccoli in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut up cooked meat in large pieces and spread over broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, and cheese. Cook over low heat until smooth. Pour over turkey or chicken and broccoli. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees; then add onion rings on top. Bake until browned (5-10 minutes).

Dish can be put together ahead of time and refrigerated until time to bake.
