TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
2 c. coarsely diced and cooked turkey
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Layer in 12 x 18 inch baking dish. Spread turkey evenly on top. Combine soup with milk; mix until smooth and pour over turkey. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes (375 degrees). Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into 6 portions.
