TEXAS HASH 
3 lg. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. tomatoes
1 lb. can pork and beans
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Saute onions and green peppers in 3 tablespoons oil. Add hamburger and brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour.
