3 lg. onions, chopped 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. tomatoes, chopped Heat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and green peppers in oil until onions are yellow. Add meat and fry until mixture falls apart. Drain grease. Stir in rest of ingredients. Put into greased baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Serves 6. |
