SPANISH COFFEE CAKE | |
1 tsp. cinnamon 2 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. oil Stir until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping. To rest add: 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder Spread batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle crumbly mixture over top. Sprinkle nuts, if desired. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
