SPAGHETTI VEGETABLE SOUP 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. chopped fresh or drained canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can spaghetti and meatballs

IN a 2-quart saucepan, saute onion, celery, carrots and tomatoes in butter. Add salt and water. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes. Add spaghetti and meatballs, cover and simmer for 10 more minutes. Makes 2 servings for 2 or 2 servings for 1.

To serve 4, double all ingredients and use 15 oz. can of spaghetti and meatballs.
