SPICED PEACHES 
1 lg. can peach halves
2 sticks cinnamon
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar (not white)

Drain peaches and put juice in pan. Add cinnamon, cloves, allspice, brown sugar and vinegar. Boil 5 minutes. Add peaches, simmer 5 minutes. Let stand overnight before serving.
