QUICK CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Sift all dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in shortening. Add milk and mix carefully as you would for biscuits. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Spread with tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices. Place on greased sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
