TURKEY GUMBO SOUP 
3 c. turkey broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
10 oz. pkg. frozen, cut okra
16 oz. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. cooked, diced turkey

Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables, seasonings, rice and turkey. Cover and cook slowly 15 minutes, until vegetables and rice are tender. Makes 6 servings of 170 calories each. (May substitute chicken broth.)
