TWINKIE CAKE | |
Line 13 x 9 inch pan with 14 to 16 Twinkies. Cover with large can of crushed pineapple. Mix: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 (large) carton Cool Whip Spread over pineapple. Mix: 1 large box vanilla instant pudding as directed on box. Pour this over cream cheese mixture. Cover with the other half of the large Cool Whip, chopped pecans and chopped maraschino cherries. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Keep refrigerated. Better each day. |
