SHOE PEG CASSEROLE 
12 oz. can white corn, drained or yellow
15 oz. can French cut green beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
10 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

1 roll Ritz crackers crushed
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix together and put on top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
