HAWAIIAN CHEESECAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. butter

Mix flour, sugar and butter until fine and crumbly. Pat into a 9"x13" ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown around edges. Cool slightly. Mix cream cheese, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla and drained pineapple. Spread over crust. Combine coconut and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (filling should be set).
