BAKED CHEESE DIP 
1 round Hawaiian bread
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 jar hormel dried beef
1 c. chopped green chilies
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese

Cut dried beef in small pieces. mix all ingredients together. Cut the middle out of the round loaf of Hawaiian bread. Put the mixture in the middle of the bread, wrap in foil and bake at 325°F for 1 hr. Serve with Ritz crackers. When the dip is almost gone, cut the bread into pieces and dot the remainder of the dip on it.
