CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 sm. chickens
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 container sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1/3-2/3 box Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Poppy seeds (1/2 jar)

Cook and debone chicken, tear into chunks. Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until bubbly. Crumble Ritz crackers with rolling pin. Melt butter and add to crackers. Add poppy seeds and mix well. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake until golden brown.
