MEATLOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs (oatmeal or bran substituted)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery
Salt to taste
1/3 c. milk

Mix meat, egg and onion. Then mix dry ingredients and add to meat. Form into desired shape.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. For different taste add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon basil, oregano and coriander. This can be used for meatballs also. To add extra ingredients shape meat mixture around cheddar cheese or hard boiled eggs. Try ketchup on top, or tomato soup.
