1 lb. Healthy Choice ground beef 1/2 c. Second Nature egg substitute 1/2 c. 4-C bread crumbs 1/2 can tomato paste 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 sm. onion, minced 2 tbsp. reduced calorie butter 1 tbsp. garlic powder Salt, pepper In a large bowl combine the beef, egg, crumbs, paste and Parmesan. In a small saucepan, saute the onion in the butter with the garlic powder until translucent. Add to the beef mixture and combine well. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
