PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter morsels
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt morsels; stir until smooth and set aside. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, powder, and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat well. Blend in melted morsels. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternately blend in flour mixture and milk. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks. Fill and frost with peanut butter cream frosting. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
