CAVIAR PIE 
1 dozen boiled eggs
Chopped green onions
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Red and/or black caviar

In 10 inch springform pan, layer the following: first layer, finely chopped eggs with Dukes mayonnaise; second layer, chopped green onions; third layer, cream cheese and sour cream blended (spread with wet knife). Make an X on top with chopped green onions. Fill each quadrant with red and black caviar, alternating colors. Remove spring pan and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves with crackers.
