CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch casserole for 30-35 minutes or until center is done. Test by sticking knife in center. You can top with cheese and let melt, if you want.
