CORNED BEEF LUNCHEON SALAD | |
SALAD: 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello (can use sugar free) 1 1/3 c. boiling water 1 can shredded corned beef 1 c. chopped celery & leaves 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles 2 chopped hard cooked eggs 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice DRESSING: 1 carton dairy sour cream 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. horseradish 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool and add remaining salad ingredients. Chill until firm. Combine dressing ingredients; spoon over congealed gelatin. Return to refrigerator several hours. Serves 8. |
