CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) can Libby's corned beef, diced
4 potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled and diced
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 (8 oz.) jar Heinz tartar sauce
1/3 c. half and half

Combine corned beef, potatoes, eggs, onion and celery.

Mix tartar sauce and half and half until smooth.

Pour over salad and toss. Chill.

When ready to serve, line a salad bowl with bite sized greens. Spoon in salad.

This is quite different and delicious.
