BROILED CHICKEN | |
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 Knorr's bouillon cube (chicken) 1 tsp. salt Juice from 2 lemons 1 red onion Season the chicken with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Melt the butter and add the Knorr's bouillon cube. Simmer it for a minute. Pour it on the chicken outside as well as inside. Peel the onion and put it inside the chicken. Tie the legs of the chicken, cover the pan with foil paper and put it in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes. Take off the foil paper 10 minutes before so it can get some color. |
