NIGHT BEFORE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked macaroni
3/4 c. chopped, cooked chicken, turkey or ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese (optional)

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
