WEDNESDAY NIGHT CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. med. wide noodles, cooked and drained 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. grated American cheese 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. catsup 1 tbsp. horseradish 2 c. cut up cooked ham 1 c. drained canned or cooked green peas 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. melted butter Preheat oven 350 over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter; add flour and milk and cook slowly until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and add noodles, cheese, salt, catsup, horseradish, ham, and peas. Place in a 2 quart baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Mix with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake 30 minutes. |
