HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
2 sq. bitter chocolate or 6 tbsp. cocoa and 2 tbsp. fat
1 stick butter
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Add sugar gradually and mix until smooth. Add milk and cook for 10 minutes. Add dash of salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Store in jar in refrigerator. Serve hot over ice cream etc.
