BRANDIED RAISINS 
1 lb. raisins
Brandy to cover

Place the raisins in a jar just big enough to hold them. Pour brandy over raisins, covering them. Place wax paper or plastic wrap over the top and cover tightly with the lid. Allow raisins to sit for at least six months before use.

NOTE: May be added to applesauce, bread pudding, cranberry sauce or serve with ham, roast chicken or over ice cream.
