EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
6 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. oil
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix yeast in 2 cups warm water. Add sugar, salt, and 1/2 flour. Beat well 2 minutes. Add egg and oil and yeast and rest of flour with spoon or hand until dough is easy to handle. Place dough in well greased bowl and let rise to double in size. Put on well floured board. Knead well. Roll out to 1/4 inch and cut out with biscuit cutter, let rise to double in size and bake at 400 degrees until brown. If all dough is not used refrigerate the rest.
