PAM'S ZESTY MEATLOAF | |
I know this really isn't a technical recipe, but when we are cooking, most of the time it is all left up to chance on how it turns out anyways. ground beef meat crackers 2 eggs Rotel sauce (like you put in dip) Ragu' garden style spaghetti sauce (or whatever flavor you desire) Italian seasoning garlic (whatever type you like) GLAZE: The glaze is usually a mixture of the leftover Ragu' sauce, Italian seasoning and whatever suits my fancy at the time. Mix everything together in large bowl. The best way is with your hands. I never measure. Just guestimate what is best for your family's preferences. Mold into whatever shape of pan you decide to cook it in. Spread a little glaze on top for the initial cook time. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 90 minutes... depending on how thick you shaped the mixture in the pans. Check after 30 minutes. A more abundant amount of Ragu' sauce and spices should be added to the top 15 minutes before ready to come out of the oven. Submitted by: Pamela Ball |
