SPICY FRIED RICE | |
1/4 cup cabbage (shredded) optional 1/4 cup peas Optional 2 med sized cooked chicken, diced 2 cups cooked rice (cooled I put in freezer for a little while to cool) Vegeta (a seasoning I got at the international market store) 1 egg (beaten) 1/4 cup onion (chopped) A couple gloves garlic pressed 1 teaspoon chili sauce (or more!) For chili sauce I use soy sauce and crushed red pepper and blend it good soy sauce scramble egg and set aside. Fry chicken whole then chop it, Saute onions till done then add garlic Optional cabbage, carrots and peas for 2 minutes. Add rice, Soy Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce. Cook until heated through.
