RUSSIAN PINTO SALAD 
2 cans (17 oz.) pinto beans, seasoned with pork
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. pickle relish
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients. Cover and store in refrigerator for 2 or more hours before serving. Serves 4 to 6. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
