RUSSIAN SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. diced bananas
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine gelatin, water, cream cheese and marshmallows. Stir over low heat until dissolved. Chill until thickened. Add pineapple, milk, and mayonnaise. Pour into a 2 quart mold. Serves 12.
