MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. DO NOT GREASE PAN.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Put icing on cake while it is still hot.
