PORK CHOPS FOR WORKING WOMEN 
4 pork chops
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can water
2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops in electric skillet on both sides; drain grease off. Layer the pork chops, mushrooms, onion, topping with Minute rice. Spread the soup over all and pour water to the side of mixture. Place lid on electric skillet. Cook at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
